How long does it take for my order to be sent?

All orders are sent the next business day. You will be notified by email if there is a delay. Please note that this email may go to your spam folder so please check there first.

How will my scarves be packaged?

All scarves are wrapped in pretty tissue paper and tied with a cute ribbon. If you order multiple scarves, then they will all be wrapped together as one parcel. If you would like your scarves to be individually wrapped, please include the "gift wrapping & gift tag" option.

Do you offer Gift Wrapping?

Yes I do! Please add the "gift wrapping & gift tag" option when placing your order. Each scarf will then be wrapped in pretty tissue paper, tied with a pretty ribbon and a gift tag will be included. I can handwrite a personal message on the gift tag if requested. The cost of the Gift Wrapping & Gift Tag is $2.00 (for both items).

Do you sell Australian made products?

All of my products are sourced from Australian Wholesalers - which means that when you purchase something from my website, it also supports other Australian small businesses - regardless of where the products were made.

Can you send directly to the recipient as a gift?

Yes I can send a pretty gift directly to someone you love. Please add the "gift wrapping & gift tag" option to your order. If you would like me to handwrite a message on the gift tag, please add the message when you add the "Gift Wrapping & Gift Tag" option. 

What size kimonos do you sell?

All kimonos are OSFA - One Size Fits All. They comfortably fit sizes 10 - 20.

Are your earrings hypoallergenic?

Yes the earrings on my website are all  hypoallergenic and suitable for sensistive ears.

What if I don't like what I ordered?

I am sure you will love your pretty accessories, but if not please email me within 30 days of your purchase for a refund. Please note that items need to be in unworn condition with the original tags attached. You will need to pay the postage to return the items. Once the items have been received by me, you will receive a refund for the item purchased and a store credit for any postage you have paid. 

Why are your products so affordable?

You may have noticed that my website offers beautiful, stylish and pretty accessories that won't break the bank. This is because I don't have a shopfront, instead I have a pretty Home Studio in Bunbury, WA that I send all my products from. This means my costs are lower and I can pass these savings to you, my lovely customers. Please be reassured that I offer quality products, just at lower prices.
