Shipping policy

Thank you so much for supporting my small business. As I live in a regional area, all orders are sent Express Shipping via Australia Post to avoid postage delays.

Shipping rates are as follows:

Orders $0 - $59.99

$8.95 EXPRESS SHIPPING

Orders $60.00 or more

FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING

All orders are packed and sent the next business day. You will be notified by email if there is a shipping delay. Please check your spam box just in case you miss an email.

If you live locally (Bunbury area) and prefer to pickup, please email me at hello@theprettyscarfco.com.au to arrange collection (your postage will be refunded).

All orders are shipped via Australia Post and a tracking number will be emailed so you can easily track your parcel. You can also use the Shop App to track your order. Currently, I ship only to Australian addresses at this time.

Please ensure you enter clear and accurate address details. All re-deliveries due to incorrect postage details, insufficient information or failure to collect the parcel from the pick up point in time, may incur a redelivery fee.
