Refund policy

Thank you for choosing the Pretty Scarf Co. I know you will love your new scarves and accessories, but if not I offer an easy 30 days returns policy with a full refund for returned items, provided they are not worn and with the original tags still attached. Postage costs will be refunded in the form of a Store Credit, so you can shop with peace of mind, knowing that someone cares about your purchase.

I try to make the description of each scarf as clear as possible using stock images and close up photos. Some colours may look different due to the colour of your device screen and lighting used. Each scarf is carefully checked but in the instance that your scarf arrives damaged, please email me at hello@theprettyscarfco.com.au within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
