Care Instructions
Washing Instructions
Handwashing your scarves is recommended using a gentle detergent. Fill a tub with cool water, add your gentle detergent and gently submerge your scarf in the water. Using gentle movements, agitate your scarf to refresh and clean. Do not scrub or use abrasive actions. Rinse your scarf in cool water to remove detergent. Lay your scarf on a clean towel and roll to eliminate dampness. Allow to air dry before wearing or putting away.
Polyester scarves can be washed in the washing machine however first place your scarf in a lingerie bag and wash on a delicate/gentle cycle only using gentle detergent. Allow scarf to air dry before wearing or putting away. Please pay attention to any tassels, beading or decorations – you may want to handwash your scarf to prevent fraying and damage.
Drying Instructions
If your scarf is not visible soiled, you can simply air your scarf in the sunshine for a few hours to refresh your scarf ready to wear again. Check your line and be careful if your scarf is delicate to prevent snags or damage.
Most scarves don’t need ironing but if you like a wrinkle free scarf (like me) you can iron on a cool setting. Before ironing, carefully test your scarf before ironing to prevent damage.
